Yes. We will ask you a number of questions that help us to identity your safe. The make, model, and any serial numbers stamped on the safe are important. Does it have an electronic keypad or a dial combination lock? Inscriptions on the keypad or dial? Once we have identified the safe and an apparent root cause of the problem, we are able to provide several options to restore the operation of your safe.
